[目的]分析延边地区朝鲜族和汉族小学生体质量指数(BMI)与重要脂肪细胞因子的相关性.[方法]于2011年7月—2012年7月间抽取延边地区3 879名小学生(朝鲜族2 011名,汉族1 868名)作为研究对象,测量身高和体质量,测定清晨空腹脂联素(ADP)、瘦素(LEP)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平.[结果]延边地区朝鲜族小学生BMI和LEP平均水平均显著高于汉族小学生(FBMI=121.07,FLEP=90.35,P<0.001);汉族小学生ADP平均水平显著高于朝鲜族小学生(FADP=89.64,P<0.001).延边地区小学生LEP和TNF-α平均水平均随BMI水平增高而升高,且升高趋势显著(FLEP=1 003.39,FTNF-α=14.55,P<0.001);延边地区小学生ADP平均水平随BMI水平增高而降低,且降低趋势显著(FADP=66.27,P<0.001).Spearman相关分析结果显示,延边地区小学生BMI与LEP和TNF-α水平呈正相关(r=0.428和0.130,P<0.01),与ADP呈负相关(r=-0.195,P<0.01);调整年龄、性别、民族和生物化学指标的偏相关分析结果显示,延边地区小学生BMI与ADP水平呈负相关(r=-0.149),与LEP(r=0.572)和TNF-α(r=0.137)水平呈正相关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001).[结论]延边地区小学生BMI和重要脂肪细胞因子的分布特征呈现明显的民族差异;BMI与不同脂肪细胞因子均存在显著相关性,且与不同脂肪细胞因子的相关性程度有所不同.
[Objective] To analyze the correlation between body mass index (BMI) and important adipocytokines among Korean and Han pupils in Yanbian area. [Methods] From July 2011 to July 2012, 3 879 pupils (Korean 2 011 and Han 1 868) were taken as research objects to measure body weight and height, and fasting adiponectin (ADP), leptin (LEP) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) levels were measured. [Results] The average level of BMI and LEP in primary school students in Yanbian was significantly higher than that in Han primary school students (FBMI = 121.07, FLEP = 90.35, P <0.001). The average level of ADP in Han pupils was significantly higher than that of Korean pupils (FADP = 89.64, (P <0.001). The average levels of LEP and TNF-α in primary school students in Yanbian area increased with the increase of BMI and the increasing trend was significant (FLEP = 1003.39, FTNF-α = 14.55, (FADP = 66.27, P <0.001) .Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between BMI and levels of LEP and TNF-α in primary school students in Yanbian (r = 0.428 and 0.130, P <0.01) Negatively correlated with ADP (r = -0.195, P <0.01); adjusted for age, sex, ethnicity and biochemical indicators Correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between BMI and ADP in primary school students (r = -0.149), positive correlation with LEP (r = 0.572) and TNF-α (r = 0.137) <0.001). [Conclusion] The distribution characteristics of BMI and important adipocytokines in primary school students in Yanbian area showed obvious ethnic differences. There were significant correlations between BMI and different adipocytokines, and their correlation with different adipocytokines .
