目的:通过建立大鼠急性心肌缺血动物模型,探讨鹿茸醇提物在心肌缺血损伤后期对损伤心肌的保护作用。方法:通过结扎左冠状动脉前降支法制备心肌缺血动物模型,采用NO试剂盒及放射免疫法检测心肌一氧化氮(NO)及降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)含量。结果:鹿茸醇提物给药各组中大鼠心肌NO含量与CGRP含量明显高于模型组。结论:在大鼠急性心肌缺血后期,鹿茸醇提物可能通过影响心肌组织中NO及CGRP含量来保护受损心肌。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an animal model of acute myocardial ischemia in rats and to investigate the protective effect of alcohol extracts of pilose antler on injured myocardium at the late stage of myocardial ischemic injury. METHODS: Animal models of myocardial ischemia were prepared by ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery. The content of nitric oxide (NO) and calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) in myocardium were measured by NO kit and radioimmunoassay. Results: The contents of NO and CGRP in myocardium of rats fed with antler extract were significantly higher than those in the model group. CONCLUSION: In the late phase of acute myocardial ischemia in rats, alcohol extracts of antler may protect the damaged myocardium by affecting the content of NO and CGRP in myocardial tissue.
