五河泵站工程为南水北调东线一期工程洪泽湖抬高蓄水位影响处理工程(安徽省境内)的主要建筑物之一,在工程实施过程中,建设单位针对实际情况,采取了一系列措施,在保证进度、质量、安全的同时,工程投资得到较好的控制。在分析总结五河泵站经验的基础上,对促进水利工程建设实施阶段投资控制与管理提出了几点建议。
Wuhe Pumping Station Project is one of the major buildings in Hongze Lake Elevated Water Level Impact Treatment Project (within Anhui Province) of the Eastern Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion Project. During the project implementation, the construction unit took a Series of measures, while ensuring the progress, quality and safety, the project investment is better controlled. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the experiences of Wuhe Pumping Station, a few suggestions are put forward to promote investment control and management during the implementation phase of water conservancy project construction.
