比对分析是工程信号分析与故障诊断的重要手段之一。论文提出并构建了3组可以分别适用于不同情况的数值比对算法,并建立了基于比对残差的渐变型故障分离和突发性故障诊断的实用方法。通过实例说明了比对分析方法在航天外测故障诊断等领域的重要应用。
Comparison analysis is one of the important means of engineering signal analysis and fault diagnosis. The paper proposes and constructs three sets of numerical comparison algorithms that can be applied to different situations respectively, and establishes a practical method of gradual fault separation and sudden fault diagnosis based on the comparison residuals. An example is given to illustrate the important application of the comparison analysis method in the field of space flight external fault diagnosis.
