双行睫多属先天畸形,可能与常染色体显性遗传有关。一般对双行睫的治疗多采用拔除或行电解术。拔除睫毛只能暂时解除病人的痛苦,但不能根除。电解术虽可破坏毛囊使其得以根治,但若内行睫毛数较多,手术时间较长,病人比较痛苦不易接受;一旦电解定位稍欠准确,还可损伤附近的睑缘组织,致使邻近的睫毛倒生。我们采用毛囊切除术治疗过7例双行睫患者,取得较满意效果。
Double line of crozad is a congenital malformation, may be related to autosomal dominant inheritance. The general treatment of double-line eyelashes often use removal or line electrolysis. Removal of eyelashes can only temporarily relieve the patient’s pain, but can not be eradicated. Electrolysis can ruin the hair follicle to cure it. However, if the number of lashes is large and the operation time is long, the patient is not easy to accept. Once the electrolysis position is not accurate, the adjacent eyelid tissue can be damaged, resulting in the adjacent eyelashes Rebirth. We use hair follicle resection treatment of 7 cases of double-line eye patients, and achieved more satisfactory results.
