Dear Editor,rnWe read with interest the article entitled “Painful scar neuropathy:principles of diagnosis and treatment” (Plast Aesthet Res Vol 2,Issue 4,Jul 15,2015) where Tos et al.[1] presented a literature review of treatment approaches to peripheral nerve scar neuropathy and the outcomes of neu rolysis-associated procedures.
