为了将模糊数学理论引入锅炉焊缝质量评定领域,建立了焊缝质量的模糊综合评价(Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation,FCE)模型,并验证其可行性。以云南省某锅炉制造中的实际焊接工艺为例,运用模糊综合评价法对锅炉的焊缝质量进行安全评定,分析影响焊缝质量的各模糊因素,在建立多层次安全评价指标体系的基础上,采用层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)确定各模糊指标的权重值,并根据最大隶属度原则得到该焊缝质量等级处于“较好”水平。通过机械性能试验对焊接试样进行工艺评定,判定其质量等级。模糊评价的预测结果与机械性能试验结果的比较分析表明,模糊评价应用于焊缝质量的预测是可行的。
In order to introduce the theory of fuzzy mathematics into the field of boiler seam quality assessment, a Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE) model of weld quality was established and its feasibility was verified. Taking the actual welding process in a boiler making in Yunnan Province as an example, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the quality of the weld of the boiler, and the fuzzy factors that affect the quality of the weld are analyzed. Based on the establishment of a multi-level safety evaluation index system The AHP was used to determine the weight of each fuzzy indicator. According to the principle of maximum degree of membership, the weld quality level was at the level of “better”. Through the mechanical properties of the welding test specimens for process evaluation, determine the quality level. The comparative analysis of the prediction results of fuzzy evaluation and the mechanical performance test results shows that it is feasible to apply fuzzy evaluation to the prediction of weld quality.
