[目的]优选祛风颗粒的提取工艺条件.[方法]以黄芩苷和葛根素的综合保留率为指标,采用正交试验法对祛风颗粒的提取工艺条件进行优选.[结果]祛风颗粒的最佳提取工艺:加水于100℃提取3次,每次分别加入8,6,6倍量水,提取时间分别为120,90,90min.[结论]优选工艺条件下,祛风颗粒有效成分的综合保留率高,具有重现性.
[Objective] The research aimed to optimize the extraction process conditions of Qufeng granules. [Methods] With the comprehensive retention rate of baicalin and puerarin as indexes, the extraction conditions of Qufeng granules were optimized by orthogonal test. [Results] Qufeng granules The best extraction process: add water at 100 ℃ extracted three times, each time were added 8,6,6 times the amount of water, extraction time was 120,90,90 min. [Conclusion] the best conditions, Qufeng particles active ingredients The comprehensive retention rate is high and reproducible.
