国民党借鉴苏联模式建立以党治国的党政关系模式,对民国政治影响重大。广东时期是国民党党治的初创及完善时期,研究这一时期国民党党治模式的演变情况可以发现,其党治改革总体上是参照苏联模式推进的,但受现实条件的制约,改革推进速度时慢时快,具体制度形式有不少变通。
