作为知识文化的传播者,高校教师自身的人文素养,不仅可以体现出其才能和品行,而且能够潜移默化的影响学生的思想和情操,因此,不断提高自身的人文素养,用高尚的情操和良好的品质,感染、教育学生,是一个教师从事教育工作的基础。本文通过分析高校体育教师人文素养的现状,指出改善体育教师人文素养现状的有效对策,以期能够提高高校体育教师的综合能力,促进体育教师的全面协调发展。
As the disseminator of knowledge and culture, the humanistic accomplishment of college teachers not only can show their talent and conduct, but also influence students’ thoughts and sentiments in a subtle way. Therefore, it is necessary to constantly improve their own humanistic accomplishments, to use noble sentiment and good Quality, infection, education students, is a teacher engaged in education work. By analyzing the status quo of humanistic accomplishment of physical education teachers in colleges and universities, this paper points out the effective countermeasures to improve the humanistic accomplishments of physical education teachers in order to improve the comprehensive ability of physical education teachers and promote the overall and coordinated development of physical education teachers.
