介绍了聚合物微结构滚轮压印成型的基本原理及成型过程,根据成型工艺要求,确定了滚轮压印设备所应具有的温度、压力控制等基本功能。研制了滚轮压印成型设备,采用外置铸铝加热圈辐射加热滚轮,并对上下两个滚轮采用独立的温度控制,采用伺服电机驱动滚轮同步转动,采用齿轮丝杠机构实现滚轮间隙及压力的调节,从而保证了对温度、压力等进行高精度实时控制。所研制的滚轮压印成型设备已结合单螺杆挤出机成功应用于聚合物微透镜的制备,并已取得非常好的效果。
The basic principle and forming process of polymer microstructure roller embossing are introduced. The developed roller imprint molding equipment has been successfully applied to the preparation of polymer micro-lenses in combination with a single-screw extruder and has achieved very good results.
