Shanghai Scientific Socialism Society and CPC Shanghai Municipal Party School jointly held the theme of the 2015 Shanghai Annual Conference of Academic Societies - “The New Normal of China ’s Economy and the Strategic Layout of Building a Well - off Society in an All - Round Way”. More than 40 experts and scholars from universities, party schools, research institutes, and Jiefang Daily and other media units participated in the seminar in Shanghai Party School. The participating experts and scholars discussed in detail the dynamic development characteristics of the new situation and characteristics of the new normalcy of the Chinese economy and the strategic layout and general plans of building a well-off society in an all-round way. Xia Jun, chairman of the Association of Societies, believes that in the face of the global economic downturn and the United States’ return to the Asia-Pacific strategy, China has adjusted the depth, structure and development of its economy to adapt and lead the economy.
