一、工程概况 浙江机械工业学校实验、图书综合楼共约8000m~2。其实验楼与原教学楼平行,东端由新建三层图书馆将两幢楼连成一体。该图书馆一、二层为阅览室和书库,钢筋混凝土框架结构,三层为多功能厅,层高为4.50m。屋面上人,需考虑集会需要,荷载较大。经多方案比较,屋盖采用钢筋混凝土无粘结部分预应力井式梁结构体系,以满足三层无柱大空间的要求。井式梁周边与框架柱铰接,屋盖结构平面布置如图1所示。
I. Project Overview Zhejiang Machinery Industry School’s experiment and book comprehensive building totals about 8000m~2. The experimental building is parallel to the original teaching building, and the eastern end consists of a new three-tiered library that connects the two buildings together. The first and second floors of the library are the reading room and the library, and the reinforced concrete frame structure. The third floor is a multi-function hall with a floor height of 4.50m. People on the roof, need to consider the assembly needs, the load is greater. By comparison of multiple schemes, the roof of the house is made of pre-stressed beam structure with reinforced concrete unbonded parts to meet the requirements of a three-story column-free large space. The perimeter of the well beam is hinged with the frame column. The floor plan of the roof structure is shown in Figure 1.
