第一学年是技校学生容易出现动荡和茫然的时期,如若不能恰当地处理好技校学生的心理、学习与生活的关系,会直接影响学生在技校的学习生活及就业。笔者根据近年来担任第一学年班主任的工作情况,通过主题班会、个别谈心推进励志教育、加强班委班风建设和强化考勤保证励志教育成果,帮助学生顺利进入技工教育的学习阶段。一、观看全民励志操,推进励志教育技工院校的社团活动较少,除了上课外,学生没有别的活动。所以笔者就组织全班学生观看《全民励志操》,
