用含有30 mg/kg Cd(以CdCl_2形式)的饲料喂养小鼠8周,调查Cd对小鼠的毒性,向Cd饲料中补充Ca,P,Mg,Mn,Cu,Fe,Zn和Se以探讨这些金属元素对Cd的蓄积及毒性作用的影响。喂养8周后,鼠肝脏及肾皮质中Cd的浓度分别为13.9和19.5 mg/kg体重。试剂CdCl_2的纯度为99.9%以上,补充矿质元素的物质包括MgCl_2·6H_2O,CaHPO_4·2H_2O,KH_2PO_4,FeSO_4·7H_2O,CuSO_4·5H_2O,ZnCl_2,Na_2SeO_3·5H_2O及MnSO_4·H_2O
