改制之前,我院存在着较为严重的“四不”状况:组织不全、制度不全、职工精神状态不佳、生产能力不强。为改变这个面貌,我们团结一心,始终坚持以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,把支部工作与行政工作统一于发展生产力、改变建科院落后面貌、提高职工物质文化生活水平之中;坚持支部工作与院行政工作同布置、同落实,把发展经济、增加积累作为支部工作的第一要务。
Before the reform, there was a serious “four noes” situation in our hospital: incomplete organization, incomplete system, poor working conditions and poor production capacity. In order to change this aspect, we unite as one and always insist on the guidance of the important thinking of the ’Three Represents,’ unify branch work and administration in the development of productive forces, change the backwardness of the ASTRI and improve the material and cultural life of workers and staff ; Insist that the work of the branch should be the same as that of the administrative work of the hospital and should be carried out with the implementation of the principle of economic development and accumulation as the top priority of the branch work.
