中卫市建立《中卫市领导干部实绩公示制度》,通过个人报绩、领导审绩、公示亮绩、群众评绩、组织用绩,加强领导干部履职尽责监督管理。明确公示对象,扩大干部监督的覆盖面。每年12月底,市委对市直各部门(单位)处级领导干部的年度工作实绩和拟提拔使用的处级干部,市委发布工作实绩公示公告,广泛接受干部群众的监督。细化公示内容,增强群众监督的针对性。
