工学结合模式是教育部在2005年提出的一种新型人才培养模式,并在教职成[2006]4号文中做了明确的规定。它将就业作为教育的指导方向,符合了我国教育方针的需要以及职业教育发展的一般规律,在帮助学生完成学业以及促进其完成在就业方面需要的学习方面具有重要意义。主要对工学结合人才培养的教育模式进行了简要的阐述,并重点针对工学结合模式中学生人文素养的培养方式进行详细的探讨。
The combination of work and study is a new type of personnel training mode put forward by the Ministry of Education in 2005 and made clear stipulations in Teaching Staff No. [2006] No. 4. It regards employment as the direction of education, meets the needs of our education policy and the general law of the development of vocational education, and is of great significance in helping students complete their studies and facilitate their completion of necessary studies in employment. The paper mainly expounds the education model of the combination of work and study, and discusses in detail how to train students’ humanistic quality in the mode of combination of work and study.
