随着我国经济的迅速发展,教育事业也在进行着翻天覆地的改革。高中作为一个人人生发展的重要阶段,高中班主任对学生的日常管理工作也就显得尤为重要,班主任作为班级工作的组织者和领导者,其管理水平的高低在一定程度上影响着学生的学习和生活。教育是民族振兴之本,只有发展好教育,我们才能更好地发展科技文化以及提高综合国力。班主任管理工作是学校管理工作的基本。笔者结合多年的高中班主任工作经验,在本文中简要探讨高中班主任管理工作中存在的问题,以及应对方法。
With the rapid economic development in our country, education is undergoing tremendous reforms. As an important stage of a person’s life development, senior high school teacher is also very important to daily management of students. As the organizer and leader of class work, the teacher in charge of class has a certain influence on the students’ learning and life. Education is the basis of national rejuvenation. Only by developing education can we better develop science and technology and raise the overall national strength. Class teacher management is the basic school management. The author combines years of senior high school teacher experience, in this article briefly discuss the problems in the management of senior high school teachers, and coping methods.
