Abstract Objective To determine the optimal b value for pancreatic cancer by 3.0 T diffusion weighted imaging (DWI). Methods Thirty-five patients with histologically confirmed pancreatic cancer underwent 3.0 T MRI at different b values (b = 500, 1 000, 1 500, 2 000 s / mm 2)
