河北省农用机井节能节水及挖潜改造座谈会于四月二十六日至二十八日在石家庄地区正定县召开。座谈会是河北省水利厅、农业厅共同召开。参加座谈会的有各地、市和部分重点县水利、农机部门抓该项工作的同志,共六十余人。水利厅副厅长郑德明、原省农机局局长刘化南到会并讲话。与会同志认为: 1、河北省农用机井节能节水及挖潜改造工作正由点到面在全省铺开。该项工作是去年三月开始的,到去年底,在全省十八个地、市的一百四十个县(市)中已有十六个地、市的八十个县(市)开展了工
Hebei Agricultural Machinery Well water saving and tapping potential transformation forum was held April 26 to 28 in Shijiazhuang Zhengding County.
