July 1986 by the Shanxi Provincial Department of Water Resources presided over the Hunyuan County in Shanxi Province held a “Hengshan reservoir mode of operation” appraisal. Hengshan Reservoir is located in Tangyu River upstream of Hun River, a tributary of the Sanggan River. It is a gorge reservoir with a controlled drainage area of 163km ~ 2 and a storage capacity of 13.3 million m3. The average annual volume of water is 12.15 million m 3, and the flood season and non-flood season are basically the same. There are 768,000 t of sand coming in and mainly concentrated in the flood season, accounting for 95-98%. 1966 ~ 1973 water transport
