目前,人类免疫缺陷病毒1型(HIV-1)的研究焦点仍集中于AIDS中免疫缺陷发生及病毒复制调控机制的研究。细胞因子在此中起重要作用。尽管分泌Th1及Th2因子的主要细胞为T细胞,但巨噬细胞分泌的细胞因子在诱生免疫反应中也扮演着重要角色。同时巨噬细胞亦可作为HIV感染及复制的场所。
At present, the focus of research on human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) still focuses on the study of immunodeficiency in AIDS and the mechanism of virus replication regulation. Cytokines play an important role here. Although the main cells that secrete Th1 and Th2 factors are T cells, the cytokines secreted by macrophages also play an important role in inducing immune responses.
