随着科学技术的进步,矿业资源以极高的效率被开采,至今,很多矿区已接近资源枯竭。实现产业转型,使得地区经济得以持续发展,旅游业便是一个很好的选择。充分挖掘和利用旅游资源,大力发展旅游产业,是矿业城市实现产业转型和可持续发展的有效途径之一。浙江省湖州市德清县三合乡从矿业至旅游业转型,具有必要性和可行性。利用经济学知识,即宏观和微观两方面的经济政策,可实现这一转型。
