儿童急性淋巴细胞性白血病确诊时颅脑CT改变与中枢神经系统复发的关系

作者对145例急性淋巴细胞性白血病(ALL)患儿分别于确诊时及中枢神经系统(CNS)预防治疗前、后进行颅脑CT检查,并分析CNS复发与预后的关系。年龄1～15岁:将CT检查结果分为,正常、临界状态(轻、中度脑萎缩)和病理性(严重脑萎缩)三类。

The author of 145 cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) were diagnosed at the time and prevention of central nervous system (CNS) before and after the brain CT examination and analysis of the relationship between CNS recurrence and prognosis. Aged 1 to 15 years old: The results of CT were divided into normal, critical (mild to moderate brain atrophy) and pathological (severe brain atrophy) three categories.
