针对可控电解珩磨动态加工中电解电压与电解电流的U-I响应特性及对应金属去除的“通延断上”现象,提出应用人工神经网络技术求取动态加工条件下的金属去除规律。经实验验证,所建数学模型具有较高的计算精度。
Aiming at the U-I response characteristics of electrolytic voltage and electrolysis current in controllable electrolytic honing dynamic process and the phenomenon of “on-off and on-off” of corresponding metal removal, this paper proposed that artificial neural network technology should be used to get the rule of metal removal under dynamic processing conditions. The experimental verification shows that the mathematical model built has higher calculation accuracy.
