本文首先分析了企业档案管理的传统化模式存在的问题,主要有档案管理成本较高,缺乏竞争力、传统管理效率低,企业自主性较差,然后从健全档案中介市场体系,构建企业档案管理新模式、建立行业协会,营造良好的档案管理社会化环境以及实现档案行政部门与中介结构的统筹协调发展三个方面阐述了企业档案管理社会化服务的策略。
