档案安全是档案工作的重中之重,企业档案的安全不仅涉及档案自身价值,而且关系企业乃至国家的经济利益,企业档案管理有着深刻的经济安全效益。目前,随着信息化革命的深入开展,档案管理面临现代化变革,新形势和新要求客观上对档案管理尤其档案安全工作提出了更为严峻的挑战。本文尝试以标准化管理为视角,通过解析标准化管理在企业档案工作的实际运用以探求档案现代化过程中的安全制度建设。
File security is the most important work of the file, the security of enterprise files not only involves the file’s own value, but also the economic interests of enterprises and even the country, enterprise file management has profound economic security benefits. At present, with the deepening of the information revolution, the file management is faced with the modern transformation. The new situation and new requirements objectively pose more severe challenges to the file management, especially the file security. This paper attempts to standardize the management of perspective, by analyzing the actual use of standardized management in the enterprise file to explore the construction of the security system in the process of file modernization.
