我院门診处方每日約800—1100多張,且处方为一方多剂,虽然实行了門診三班制,但处方仍大量集中上午,尤以10点以后最多,拥挤情况相当严重。我院的門診部大,門诊药房在前面大厅,一二三四楼的病員(除兒科在兒科發药室取药外),都集中到前面取药。另外,虽然有服务員或指路标,但对初来或不識字的病員,找到門診药房也有困难,故集中發药已不能滿足病員的要求。我們曾在一些科室試行分科發药,因系由
In our hospital, outpatient prescriptions cover about 800-1100 prescriptions per day. Prescription is one prescription.
