编輯同志: 我院从去年十月份把门診改为三班制后,的确解决了掛不上号的现象,但是病人取药排队的現象仍然没有解决。过去患者从划价到取药最少要10分鐘或20分鐘,最多要等到45分鐘左右。我們过去只有一个發药窗口,因此候药人数最多曾达到100以上。这样的工作情况怎能談的上为患者服务,为病人方便呢?在整改运动中,我們針对这种情况着手研究对于一切
Editor’s Comrade: After our hospital changed the outpatient service to three shifts in October last year, it did solve the problem of not hanging on to the number. However, there was still no solution to the patient’s queuing for taking medicines. In the past patients from the drawdown to take medicine at least 10 minutes or 20 minutes, up to 45 minutes or so. We used to have only one medicine delivery window, so the maximum number of people waiting for medicine reached more than 100. How can we talk about this work for the patient service, for the convenience of the patient? In the rectification campaign, we started to study for this situation for all
