微处理器CXP80420-134S和CXP80420-139S为日本索尼公司生产的用于大屏幕彩电的八位单片CPU.与日本NEC公司生产的E~2PROM(μPC6252C或μPC6254CX)电可擦写存储器组成遥控微处理系统。采用I~2C总线控制技术,通过SDA(数据)和SCL(时钟)两条总线,对整机进行控制和调整。现以金星C7428大屏幕彩电用的CXP80420-134S和北京2931H大屏幕彩电用的CXP80420-139S为例,其引脚功能,内部框图、电压参数等(不尽相同)分述如下(分别见表1、2和图1、图2所示):
The microprocessors CXP80420-134S and CXP80420-139S are eight-bit monolithic CPUs for large-screen color TVs manufactured by Sony Corporation of Japan and are composed of a remote control micro-controller with an E-2PROM (μPC6252C or μPC6254CX) electrically erasable and writeable memory manufactured by Japan NEC Corporation Processing system. Using I ~ 2C bus control technology, through SDA (data) and SCL (clock) two buses, the whole machine control and adjustment.
