入声字在北方方言(晋语与下江官话除外)中早已消失,北方学子不易辨识,学习中古音和汉语史的诸多不便,也影响到对诗词格律的准确把握和运用。多年前,笔者就琢磨将入声字编纂成顺口的四言文,能够在意义上字字联属且不重复,使学习者能够诵记,一劳永逸,将入声字印在脑中。经数年苦心排布,安序措位,庶几成功。举凡140句,560字。所释字词之义悉依古汉语词典,多取其古义。抛砖引玉,请读者诸君批评指正。
