患者,男性,16岁,入院前4年无原因地发热(37℃～39℃),先后在三所省级医院治疗,曾诊断为肺门淋巴结结核而行抗痨治疗,效果欠佳,于1991年5月3日入院治疗。查体:T39.6℃,消瘦,全身浅表淋巴结不肿大,气管居中,胸廓对称,心、肺(-),腹软,肝脾未触及。全消化道钡餐、胸片、腹部CT、B超检查,未发现肝、胆、脾异常,也未发现腹腔肿块。
