“航椒红丰”是以核质互作型雄性不育系11066AH为母本、恢复系11044CH为父本配制的辣椒杂交一代新品种。早中熟;果实长指形,青果深绿色,老熟果深红色,果实纵径15.7 cm,果实横径1.9 cm,果肉厚0.17 cm,平均产干椒6750 kg/hm2。色价为15.7,维生素C1.30 mg/g、可溶性固形物10%、干物质含量为14.0%,抗辣椒疫病、病毒病和炭疽病。田间表现耐热性、耐涝性和耐干旱性强,适宜甘肃、新疆、内蒙等地春季露地栽培。
