用水热法制备了单斜结构的氧化铋亚微米棒,而且通过控制硝酸铋的浓度和水热反应时间,能有效地控制氧化铋亚微米棒的直径和长径比。氧化铋亚微米棒的晶体结构、尺寸和形状用 X-射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜进行了表征。研究发现:随着硝酸铋浓度的降低,氧化铋粒子的尺寸逐渐减小;随着反应时间的增加,氧化铋亚微米棒的直径和长度逐渐增加。此外,还讨论了氧化铋亚微米棒的形成机理。
The monoclinic bismuth submicron rods were prepared by hydrothermal method, and the diameter and aspect ratio of the submicron rods of bismuth oxide were controlled effectively by controlling the concentration of bismuth nitrate and hydrothermal reaction time. The crystal structure, size and shape of Bismuth submicron rods were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that with the decrease of bismuth nitrate concentration, the size of bismuth oxide particles gradually decreases. With the increase of reaction time, the diameter and length of submicron rods of bismuth oxide gradually increase. In addition, the formation mechanism of bismuth submicron rods was also discussed.
