在抗氧化、耐腐蚀的纯铂(Pt)中,添加微量高熔点的氧化锆(ZrO_2)所形成的弥散强化铂材料,具有更多的优良特性,在高温下耐腐蚀性、机械强度都有极大地提高。本试验通过透射电镜直接观察强化相颗粒的形态、大小及其在基体上的分布。一、试样制备: 将弥散强化铂的薄片,在沸腾的王水中化学减薄,然后再用电解减薄的方法制取供观察的试样。二、观察与讨论: 强化相颗粒(ZrO_2)多数分散在基体晶内,晶界上也有,图1所示。外形呈扁的或长条的多面体形状的单晶。
