目的 探讨进展期胃癌组织学类型与患者预后的关系。方法 回顾分析 1982～ 1992年间住院并行手术治疗的进展期胃癌患者 2 96例。结果 胃癌组织学类型与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大体分型及浸润深度有关。组织学类型不同但浸润深度相同的肿瘤 ,患者淋巴结转移率无差异 ,且术后 5年生存率无区别。结论 对于浸润深度相同 ,但组织学类型不同的肿瘤 ,积极手术治疗能取得同样的治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the relationship between histological types and prognosis of advanced gastric cancer. METHODS: We retrospectively analyzed 2,96 patients with advanced gastric cancer who were hospitalized concurrently between 1982 and 1992. Results The histological types of gastric cancer were related to the age, sex, tumor type, and depth of invasion. Tumors with different histological types but the same depth of infiltration did not differ in the lymph node metastasis rate, and there was no difference in postoperative 5-year survival rate. Conclusions For aggressive tumors with the same depth of invasion, but with different histological types, aggressive surgical treatment can achieve the same therapeutic effect.
