四川省邛崃市2000年开始实施的退耕还林工程已全部通过国家阶段验收,工程建设为邛崃市进入首批省级林业产业强县作出了贡献。基于此,通过对邛崃市退耕还林工程对林业产业发展的影响进行分析,并提出对策建议,以期能推动退耕还林成果的巩固和林业产业的发展。
The project of returning farmland to forestry, which was started in 2000 in Qionglai City, Sichuan Province, has all been checked and accepted by the state and the construction has contributed to the first large number of provincial-level forestry industries in Xuyi. Based on this, through the analysis of the impact of the project of returning farmland to forestry on the development of forestry industry in Qionglai City, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward so as to promote the consolidation of the achievements of returning the grain plots to forestry and the development of forestry industry.
