目的观察桃红醒脑丸对精神分裂症患者服用利培酮所致闭经的临床疗效.方法对病前月经周期规律,服用利培酮治疗的患者,采用单双号分组的方法.104例为观察组,服用利培酮同时配合服用桃红醒脑丸.1次6-10g,每日2次.对照组服用利培酮及相应抗不良反应药.观察6个月的月经周期.结果观察组104例,发生闭经12例,对照组98例,发生闭经30例,2组闭经发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论桃红醒脑丸对预防及治疗服用利培酮所致闭经效果显著,安全有效.“,”Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of a brain pink pill for patients with schizophrenia who toke risperdal and caused Menopause.Methods Uesd the no singlegrouping Method to observe the treated with risperdal patients who’s Menstrual cycle were rule.104 cases of the observationgroup,risperdal also c00perate to take a brain pink pills.
