当前工交企业财务工作出现了许多新情况和新问题,每一位从事企业财务工作的同志对此要有一个清醒的认识。工交企业财务工作面临总的状况是:前一段工作虽取得了明显的成绩;但也存在着不少问题。随着改革开放的逐步深入,财务工作又面临着新的要求,为了适应当前发展形势,必须进一步加强财务管理工作。一、新问题是什么从老的问题来说,最突出的是两个方面:一是企业实行承包经营责任制以后,如何在国家政策的范围内,既要很好地调动企业职工和经营者的积极性,同时又要克服短期行为。二是企业财务工作与经济工作分不开,现在不少工交企业还很困难,有的亏损较严重,资金占压也较多,产成品的销路还搞得不顺畅,经济工作的困难带来财务工作的困难,穷家难当。

Enthusiasm, but also to overcome short-term behavior. Second, corporate financial work is inseparable from economic work. Now, many industrial and commercial enterprises are still very difficult, some have serious losses, and the capital is under pressure. The sales of finished products are still not smooth, and economic work difficulties have brought about. Difficulties in financial work make it hard for the poor.
