我们常常有这样一个体会:同一个班级,班主任不同,班级的各种成效就不一样。有的教师担任班主任,班级混乱,学生纪律松散,风气不正。而换上另一位教师当班主任,这个班就发生了根本变化,同学们遵守纪律了、团结了、做的好事多了、成绩提高了。为什么同样的教育要求,会有不同的效果呢?概括起来,我认为这就是一个教师的“威信”在起作用。怎样在学生中树立起一个班主任的威信呢?
We often have such an experience: the same class, class teacher is different, the effectiveness of the class is not the same. Some teachers served as the class teacher, class chaos, student discipline loose, bad atmosphere. And put another teacher on duty, this class has undergone fundamental changes, students abide by the discipline, unity, and more good things done, the results improved. Why do the same educational requirements have different effects? In a nutshell, I think this is what a teacher’s “prestige” is at work. How to establish a student teacher in the prestige it?
