作者们参照Yahara等的方法,自吉林人参(P.Ginseng C.A.Mey.)叶中提得总皂甙,将总皂甙以蒸馏水透析,透出部分经浓缩得白色沉淀和母液两部分。前者经硅胶柱层析得LD_1及LE_2两种单体。后者经硅胶柱反复层析得LE_1单体。今报道其测定结果。 LD为无色针状结晶mp.198~201℃,[α]_D~(2.0)-0.01~O.03~0(C=1.00MeOH)IR_(max)~(KBr)cm~(-1)3380(OH).1620(C=C),其TFLC的Rf值及IR光谱与人参皂甙Rc标准品比较,基本一致。
The authors used the method of Yahara et al. to extract total saponins from the leaves of P. Ginseng C.A. Mey.. The total saponins were dialyzed against distilled water, and the evaporates were concentrated to obtain white precipitates and mother liquor. The former was chromatographed on silica gel to obtain LD_1 and LE_2 monomers. The latter was repeatedly chromatographed on a silica gel column to obtain LE_1 monomer. The results of this assay are reported today. LD is a colorless needle crystal mp.198-201°C, [α]_D~(2.0)-0.01~O.03~0(C=1.00 MeOH) IR_(max)~(KBr)cm~(-1) 3380 (OH).1620 (C=C), its TFLC Rf value and IR spectrum compared with ginsenoside Rc standard, basically the same.
