据透明售房网数据显示,杭州市12月份共成交二手房4907套,相对于去年同期1684套的成交量,增加了3223套,同比增长了191.39%,涨幅非常明显。另外,从全年的成交量和成交价格来看,2009年的二手房市场近乎完美,全年共成交二手房43292套,而这一数字在2008年仅为14238套。即使是传统淡季的12月份,杭州二手房市场依然延续火爆的行情,但从下半月的成交数据来看,二手房成交开始明显萎缩。
