目的了解本区医疗机构医务人员手卫生现况,针对存在的问题制定管理对策。方法采用分层随机抽样和问卷调查方法,对该区56家医疗机构的372名医务人员手卫生质量进行了调查。结果在本次调查的372名医务人员中,能掌握手卫生概念者占54.8%;能正确采用六步洗手法洗手者占51.6%;了解手卫生标准的医务人员占29.3%。影响医务人员手卫生依从性的因素主要有洗手设备不足和配置不合理,洗手用品选择不当,缺乏手卫生知识等。医务人员手用肥皂加流动水清洗,对手表面自然菌平均清除率为71.5%。结论该区医疗机构医务人员手卫生质量合格率较低,管理中存在的问题较突出,建议科学配置洗手设施和加大监督监测力度。
Objective To understand the status of hand hygiene of medical staff in medical institutions in the district and to formulate management countermeasures to the existing problems. Methods By using stratified random sampling and questionnaire survey, the hand hygiene quality of 372 medical workers in 56 medical institutions in this area was investigated. Results Of the 372 medical staff surveyed, 54.8% were able to master the concept of hand hygiene, 51.6% were able to correctly wash hands with six steps, and 29.3% were medical staff who knew hand hygiene standards. The factors that affect the hand hygiene compliance of medical staff mainly include the inadequacy and configuration of hand washing equipment, the improper choice of hand washing products and the lack of hand hygiene knowledge. Medical staff hands with soap and running water to wash, the average natural enemies on the surface of the clearance rate of 71.5%. Conclusion The passing rate of hand hygiene quality of medical staff in medical institutions in this area is relatively low, and the problems in management are more prominent. It is suggested that the hand washing facilities should be scientifically allocated and the supervision and monitoring should be intensified.
