中国兵器装备集团公司:根据财政部《关于中国嘉陵工业股份有限公司国家股配售有关问题的批复》(财管字[1999]377号)的精神和中国兵器装备集团公司申请报告,现通知如下:一、同意中国兵器装备集团公司和中国嘉陵工业股份有限公司履行信息披露义务,在证监会指定报刊披露《中国嘉陵工业股份有限公司国家股配售说明书》,实施国家股配售工作。二、负责配售承销工作的证券经营机构在承销期结束后,应在十五个工作日内向证监会提交承销情况的书面报告。
China North Industries Group Corporation: In accordance with the spirit of the Reply of the Ministry of Finance on Relevant Issues Concerning the Placing of State-owned Shares of China Jialing Industrial Co., Ltd. (Cai Guan Zi [1999] No. 377) and the application report of China South Industries Group Corporation, the circular is hereby notified as follows: 1. To agree that China South Industries Group Corporation and China Jialing Industrial Co., Ltd. shall fulfill their obligation of information disclosure and disclose “State-owned Shares Placing Instructions of China Jialing Industrial Co., Ltd.” in the designated newspapers and periodicals of the CSRC to implement the state-owned shares placement. Second, the securities business institutions responsible for the placement of underwriting sales shall, within 15 working days after the end of the underwriting period, submit a written report on the underwriting to the CSRC.
