四头弯筋机是我车间工人和技术人员在1958年大跃进时期经过反复试验试制成功的,在无产阶级文化大革命中又经过多次修改才最后定型。该机适用于φ4-φ12毫米的直线形钢筋弯成折线形钢筋,或使钢筋端部弯成弯钩。有四个弯曲转盘,能供四名工人同时进行操作。 1.构造与传动过程四头弯筋机的传动过程如图1所示。电动机①通过三级减速,使偏心圆盘⑧转动。其过程是:电动机①带动皮带轮②,皮带轮②带动皮带轮③,皮带轮③带动齿轮④,齿轮④带动齿轮⑤,齿轮⑥带动齿轮⑥,齿轮⑥带动齿轮⑦,齿轮⑦带动圆盘⑧。圆盘⑧的转速为31转/分。圆盘⑧通过偏心铰⑨带动连杆⑩。连杆⑩与齿条(11)铰接。在连杆⑩
The four-head bending machine was successfully developed by the workshop workers and technicians during the Great Leap Forward in 1958. It was finally reformed after many changes in the proletarian cultural revolution. This machine is suitable for φ4-φ12mm straight-line rebar bent line-shaped rebar, or the end of the rebar bent into hooks. There are four curved dials for four workers to operate at the same time. 1.
