我公司从瑞典SPM公司引进了SPM—43A冲击脉冲仪和VIB-10振动监测仪,对设备进行动态监测,有效地检测了轴承的安装、运行状况,尽可能利用了轴承的全部寿命,避免了不必要的更换,并能得到轴承接近失效的早期预报。 SPM-43冲击脉冲仪主要用来检测设备中轴承的工作状态,不用拆卸设备即可知道轴承是否失效以及损坏的程度,也可用仪器的超声波探头探测气压、液压和真空容器的泄漏。由于轴承滚道和滚动体之间在运行过程中弹性变形的原因和制造过程中存在的形状误差(光洁度、波纹、伤痕等),会产生一定的振动。这种振动产生的冲击脉冲,经过轴承外壳传递到设备表面被冲击脉冲仪触头
