郭树群(1949—),河北张家口人。天津音乐学院音乐学系教授。毕业于河北师范学院,曾任河北师范大学音乐系副主任。1997年调入天津音乐学院,历任天津音乐学院音乐学系副主任、主任、天津音乐学院音乐研究所所长、天津音乐学院科研处长、《天津音乐学院学报(天籁)》常务副主编。曾担任天津市哲学社会科学研究“十五”规划学科组成员、天津市人民政府学位委员会第二届学科评议组(艺术学组)成员:现为中国音乐隶协会会员、中国音乐史学会理事、中国律学学会理事。长期从事中国古代音乐史的教学和研究工作。曾师从冯文慈教授研修中国古代音乐史,并在黄翔鹏先生主持的“中国乐律学史课题组”研修、工作。著
Guo Shuqun (1949-), Zhangjiakou, Hebei. Tianjin Conservatory of Music professor of music. He graduated from Hebei Normal University and was the deputy director of music department of Hebei Normal University. He was transferred to Tianjin Conservatory of Music in 1997 and served successively as deputy director and director of the Department of Music of Tianjin Conservatory of Music, director of the Institute of Music of Tianjin Conservatory of Music, director of research for Tianjin Conservatory of Music, and executive deputy editor of Journal of Tianjin Conservatory of Music. Served as a member of the Second Disciplinary Review Group (Art Group) of the Tianjin Philosophy and Social Science Research Institute and the “Tenth Five-Year Plan”, and a member of Tianjin Second People’s Government Academic Degrees Committee: Currently a member of China Music Association, Director, director of China Law Society. Long engaged in the history of ancient Chinese music teaching and research work.
