我国大部分地区水利工程的建造时期多居于新中国成立后,由于更好地发挥有限水资源的作用,从开源和节流两个方面来说,都有必要做好水利工程的相关工作。近年来受到大环境的整体变化影响,我国部分地区的气候已经有了显著的变化,最主要的节点在于汛期的周期性移动。汛期变化产生的影响对水利工程的堤防体现在开裂、渗透以及滑坡等不利状况,由于建筑物本身没有得到很好的修缮,堤坝受到的水流腐蚀较为明显。为了有效地发挥水利工程的水利作用,同时预防可能出现的洪涝灾害,有必要对水利工程的堤防防渗施工技术进行研究。
