[目的]了解大连市糖尿病住院病例的人群分布特点,探索糖尿病发生的特点和规律,为制定预防控制策略和治疗提供参考资料。[方法]对2010年大连市医疗机构住院糖尿病患者资料进行分析。[结果]全年合计报告住院糖尿病病例19 843例,其中,1型糖尿病占1.76%,2型糖尿病占98.24%;男性占47.43%,女性占52.57%;平均年龄61.45岁,5~14、15~24、25~34、35~44、45~54、55~64、65~74、75~84、≥85岁的分别占0.17%、0.54%、1.52%、5.86%、19.26%、28.05%、24.96%、17.87%、1.78%;不伴并发症的、未特指并发症的、糖尿病酮症和/或酸中毒、伴昏迷、伴肾脏表现、伴眼部表现、伴周围神经表现、糖尿病足、伴多个并发症、其他并发症的分别占16.09%、3.09%、6.31%、0.59%、0.03%、4.67%、24.16%、2.24%、32.73%、10.08%;治愈、好转、未愈、死亡者分别占31.42%、67.24%、0.64%、0.71%;公费、企业医保、事业医保、商业保险、自费、其他付费的分别占1.32%、58.86%、19.26%、0.67%、12.22%、7.69%。[结论]住院糖尿病病人以中老年人为主,女性多于男性,绝大多数伴有并发症;临床好转率较高。
[Objective] To understand the population distribution characteristics of diabetes inpatients in Dalian, explore the characteristics and rules of diabetes and provide reference materials for making prevention and control strategies and treatment. [Conclusion] The majority of hospitalized diabetic patients are middle-aged and elderly with more women than men, with the vast majority accompanied by complications. The rate of clinical improvement is high.
